The Challenge
As a global e-commerce leader with operations across continents, Motion Global faced several complex challenges:
- Multi-platform operations: They run more than 30 websites for different countries (US, UK, Australia, Germany, etc.). Managing pricing, inventory, and orders manually for each market was nearly impossible.
